When will my order ship?
Our orders are generally shipped out within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email with a tracking number.
How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information.
I have placed an order, but haven't received a confirmation email?
Not to worry, this usually means that the email you used to place the order may have had a spelling mistake or the email may have gone through to your junk mail.
If you're still not sure, get in touch and provide us with the following details:
- Full name used to place the order
- Delivery address
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Sometimes the carrier tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!
I have ordered different items within my order but only one has arrived?
We have multiple fulfillment centers worldwide which we use to deliver faster shipments. As a result, sometimes one part of your order will be sent from a different center and arrive separately, but rest assured, it is on its way.
You've sent me the wrong item
In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you did not receive
- The name of the item you received in it's place
- A photograph of the item you have received
Unless proof that you have received an incorrect item has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot begin to take the steps needed to rectify the problem.
