Order Cancellations

You may cancel within 24 hours of making your order, no questions asked. We aim to process your refund or exchange within 2-3 business days.

 

Returns

In order to be eligible for the return and refund, the product(s) received must either:

  • Have been in damaged condition on arrival
  • Be a different product to what was ordered
  • Have not been received within the stated shipping time. Please allow an additional few days for reasonable delay from external factors such as customs and seasonal events.

The following criteria must also be met

  • Must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Must be in the original packaging with original label and no signs of use
  • You must be the original purchaser of the product and be able to provide an order number or account email address
  • All returns must include a copy of the original invoice along with order number and the requested action, refund or exchange.


We cannot accept returns in the nature of

Pierced products, whether or not they have been opened. This is due to the fact that we are not able to resell an item of this nature for hygiene reasons.



You must return your item(s) within 30 days of its package delivery date.

In order to request a return, please contact support@hustlefit.co.uk or submit your message via our contact us page (please do not send your purchase back to the origin address) and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and how.


Unless damaged or faulty you must pay your own return postage fees.


Return Refunds

Upon receiving your return, we will send an email to notify you that we have received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we aim to process your refund or exchange within 2-3 business days.


If your refund is approved, we will issue a refund immediately along with email notification sent to you. Refunded credit will automatically be applied to your account in which you originally made payment, usually visible on your account statement within a several days depending on your bank.


If you haven’t received a refund within 15 working days, please follow these steps:

Contact your credit card or original method of payment provider, it may take some additional time before your refund is officially processed by their side and become visible
